Join Jennifer Chandler for an informative and refreshing hike on the trails of Card Lake. We will only be identifying. No foraging will be done on provincial land. We'll enjoy a nature inspired snack and tea as well as spend some time by the water.
We will be immersed in the mindfulness and slower pace nature provides us along the lake and amongst the trees and participate in making our own forest medicine.
Please dress in layers.
