Even amidst the unrest and catastrophes, gratitude helps us to see how the simplest of things enrich our lives.
Autumn is a natural catalyst for thankfulness. There is an essence of softening that changes the atmosphere. And just as Mother Nature begins her glorious demonstration of how beautiful it can be to let go, we too can return to a place of trust and lean into all the ways we can show up for ourselves and each other with more tenderness, compassion, and grace.
Join us for a very special Autumn Gratitude Mini Retreat and ground into the beauty of fall with intention and centeredness, and with hearts and palms soft, open, and receptive.
Very gentle yoga, reflection, deep listening, poetry, mindful activities, journaling, sacred altar, chanting, herbal tea, and a rejuvenating sound bath.
We are utterly grateful for each and every one of you, and the power of this community to share the practice of gratitude.
Bring your yoga mat, a journal if you have one (we will have paper), and dress comfortably.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Our events and classes begin and end on time. To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.
Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence or late arrivals to a workshop or series are nonrefundable.
