As the air turns crisp and the trees express the beauty of transition through color, we’ll gather to honor the cycles of nature, as well as the shifting rhythm within ourselves. This experience is an opportunity to step out of the habitual, into the woods, and into your heart - to commune with your breath, your body, the earth beneath your feet, and the trees all around - in a community of kindred spirits.

A centering vinyasa flow under the autumn sky followed by a gentle golden-hour hike through the transitioning forest paths, pausing to breathe in the sweetness and subtlety of fall. Nurturing forest-bathing techniques meet adult play practices to remind us of & help us embody, experience & express the awe innately woven inside our bones. To cap things off, we’ll circle up around the fire for locally grown & crafted herbal tea from Take Care Tea Co. & light bites from our garden as the sun dips below the horizon.
