As the bright summer days are leaving us for cooler and shorter Autumn days. Join me for the September series, working on strength and stability.
Each Tuesday evening from 6 - 7pm join me for a Slow Vinyasa flow which involves using the breath to help transition the body through a sequence of poses. This mindful movement aims to help you feel calm, grounded and energised while we navigate a new season.
What To Expect:
~ Open to all levels (never tried yoga or advance)
~ Experience a beautiful calming and cosy space at ookushana
~ Slow, mindful movement to release tension
~ Option to try more grounding/ balance poses
~ Short guided meditation
Who is This For?
Anyone who would like to experience slow mindful movement during the shorter, colder days.

About The Yoga Series:
This is a weekly yoga session from 6 - 7pm.
Discounted price for booking all 4 sessions across September OR join us for 1 session.

Tickets are non-refundable, but transferrable with AT LEAST 48-hours notice (to another session with the same guide).
About Joyti:
Following her interest in the mind-body connection, Joyti is a trained Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher. This style involves using the breath to help transition the body through a sequence of poses. Her style is mainly slow flow, focusing on what works for your body with an interest in self-care and kindness helping you find peace in the pose.
Sometimes we need to create time for ourselves, to switch off from our daily routine and recharge to support this, Joyti runs workshops focusing on self-care and self-kindness.
Joyti is a trained Psychotherapist/ Counsellor with a background in Psychology. She works using a Person-Centered approach and aims to create a safe, non judgement and supportive space which focuses on you and your story. She is interested in using solution focused techniques which supports positive change helping clients to look forward, find their own solutions and use their strengths to achieve their goals.
