Cacao Ceremony is a traditional ritual that has been around for thousands of years, originating all the way back to Mayan and Aztec traditions in Central and South America, used for spiritual, medicinal and ceremonial purposes and creative guidance. Nowadays it is just a lovely way of getting people together in a circle, where we can connect and gather in an alternative way.
Sharing circle, gentle yoga practice, guided meditation and relaxation, full moon intentions setting, cacao, flower circle, nourishing snacks and crystal sound bath.
