What's so special about fresh hopped beer?
These beers don't come around often, so our advice is to taste as many as you can, while you can. What's so special about these once-a-year wonders? Think of a piney forest on a dewy morning. Imagine citrus without sour. Conjure the fresh herbs of summer. A whisper of floral notes, and you're halfway to imagining a fresh-hopped beer.
And when we say fresh, we mean it: brewers add these hops to waiting beers within hours of harvest, and each variety adds aroma and flavor all its own.
