Let yourselves slow down as Caroline will lead us in nature mindfulness, immersing our senses in the sights, sounds and beauty of this magical place in Autumn time. There will be optional circle sharing as we reflect on our experiences. The event will go ahead whatever the weather so please dress with waterproofs (if necessary) and comfy shoes.
