Shinrin Yoku (translated as Forest Bathing or Shower) is a term created by Tomohide Akiyama Director General of the Agency of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries of Japan in the 1980s.

This scientifically proven practice enables us to connect with Nature and reconnect with ourselves; the benefits improve our own health and wellbeing and ultimately that of our planet and everything that lives within and on it. ...

For more information about this wonderful practice can be found at bodymindasone.com/forestbathing

A Forest Bathing session is a guided slow mindful walk through in Nature.

Every Forest Bathing session will be varied influenced by combined create experiences that are as unique and individual as your Forest Bathing guide / leader is and as you are for example:

✻ constantly changing Nature as seen & felt in the seasons weather and environment

✻ locations whether in private woodlands or public spaces
