Autumn Equinox Yoga Session

Celebrate the Autumn Equinox by practicing yoga outdoors in nature where the energies of light and dark are held in balance, as the days continue to grow shorter and we make the descent into longer nights.

Kim Scott Sowinski, 500 RYT, will lead you in soothing twists and balances, to integrate the left and right side of your body. Hip openers help to release and settle, honoring the Earth's seasonal turn toward rest and regeneration. This quieter and softer practice will help you embrace surrender, grace and trust as you turn inward toward rest and respite.

Note: This is a rain or shine event. If it rains, the class will occur under the tent. Participants please bring an outdoor yoga mat and wear comfortable, cool clothing. Ideal for those ages 14 and older, inclusive of all fitness and yoga abilities.
