Celebrate the changing seasons with a Autumn Equinox Yoga Hike at Cattus Island County Park with Amanda & Jennie! This special event blends movement, mindfulness, and nature, creating the perfect opportunity to reset and welcome the energy of AUTUMN.📍 Meeting Point: Outside the Cooper Environmental Center at 8:50 AM for check-in before our adventure begins.
🌿 What to Expect:
A pre-hike yoga warm-up to awaken the body
A scenic hike through Cattus Island’s beautiful trails
A mid-hike meditation to connect with the new season
Beach yoga session to ground and flow with nature
A return hike, closing our journey together
👜 What to Bring:
✔️ Travel mug for tea
✔️ Light backpack to carry your mug & mat
✔️ Blanket or yoga mat
✔️ Water
✔️ Friends!
🌦️ Weather Note: This event is weather-dependent. Please dress in layers and wear sturdy shoes that can handle a little springtime mud.

You will be charged for the event and no refund will be issued if you cancel your event reservation less than 24 hours before event start time. Most Events, Workshops & Ticket Classes have limited space. Canceling last minute affects our ability to get these tickets out to others and fill the event.
