Join us as at Fruitdale Farm as we welcome in the fall season. The Autumn Equinox is when the sun crosses the celestial equator, and is nearly equal in length of day and night. It's a great opportunity to stop for a moment and give gratitude.This will be an outdoor event in the grass in front of a small stage. There will be a fire in the center and yoga mats can be placed all around. The event will begin as the sun sets with a moment of gratitude and intention setting followed by 39 minutes of gentle yoga movement, led by the host, Aimee. As our flow comes to an end, an immersive sound of gongs and singing bowls, created by Kojun Hayes, will carry us into the new season.
6:30 - 7:00pm ~ Arrive, find a spot for your yoga mat/blanket
~ Optional self-guided tour around property
7:00 - 7:15pm ~ Moment of gratitude and intention setting
7:15 - 7:45pm ~ Gentle yoga flow
7:45 - 9:00pm ~ Sound Bath (will begin during savasana)

1. A mat, towel or blanket to lay down on, or a camp chair if you prefer to sit
2. Blanket to cover yourself in case of cool weather
3. Water to keep yourself hydrated
4. Bug spray, in case they're biting
5. Eye mask or something to shade your eyes
6. Journal for reflection (optional)
7. Welcome to bring any spiritual items to recharge
