Gentle Yoga: For all levels. This gentle yoga flow will help with reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, ease anxiety, improve posture, and more.
Sound Healing Therapy:
Sound Healing is a practice that uses therapeutic sounds with a heartfelt intention to aid in improving a person's mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Sound Healing Therapy dates back to our Ancient Ancestors who used vocal chanting and instruments such as Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drums, chimes, harps, and more to aid in healing the whole person.
