YIN YOGA AND SOUND-BATH EVENING-Sunday 21st September💫This Autumn I invite you to an evening of letting go and embracing the transition towards a slower pace, honoring this ancient tradition of welcoming the Equinox-when hours of light and dark are once again equal before moving into darker, stiller days.
I’m very excited to be collaborating with the talented Joanna Jeffery again who will be leading the sound bath.
The evening will include:
🍁A grounding yin yoga practice welcoming autumn, embracing slowing down and purely being.
☕️ Cacao ceremony, as the trees let go and embrace change so will we.
✨ 1hr sound bath, nurturing vibrations led by Joanna Jeffery
🍂 Goodie bag with contents linked to our intention.
