Embrace the balance of light and dark during our Autumn Equinox gathering. A night of sound and light. This year the new moon also falls at this time, allowing us to set intentions for the coming month and season. Take time for yourself to rest, reset, and emerge into autumn grounded, calm, centered and focused. After the candlelit sound bath we will have light snacks and delicious herbal beverages, conversation and time for connection. Finishing the evening we will make a lantern ( one even those who don’t like crafts will feel comfortable doing ~ promise!).
