🌿 After your welcome herbal tea, the soothe-session will commence with Sheli taking you on a gorgeously relaxing yoga journey…
Here’s what Sheli will be offering….😍
🌿 “ I will offer a 30 min gentle yoga practice focused on floor based postures to help ground us and find a neutral, balanced state for the autumn equinox.
The practice will be suitable for beginners. Please bring a mat, a blanket and a cushion “ 🌿
🌿 After your yoga, @soultreetherapies will hold a guided meditation beginning with some gentle Pranayama - gentle breathwork exercises to calm, focus and relax the mind ( theses are gentle, simple breathing exercises, you can do them to your own ability - never any pressure!🥰 )
🌿 After the guided meditation, drawing in those New Moon energies, there will be some soft & gentle sound healing to close the session, leaving you feeling on a naturally high vibrational frequency😍
🌿 There will be herbal tea refreshments here & the option to have a cup of Flow & Go Mushroom Booster tea! It’s lush!
It contains 6 x mushrooms & 2 x herbs creating a lovely tea, which ignites your spark!🔥💫
🌿 The final part of the Soul-Soothe session is allowing your inner child to be very happy by colouring in an Autumnal themed mandala of your choice!
🍁 Using glorious colours, bring your mandala to life & then take them home🙌🏽🌿😍
