Urtema Dolphin is a Shamanic Practitioner, an Elder and a Legend. She is a goddess-wizard-being of mythical proportions and it is our honour to host her.
Urtema is a highly respected and adored woman with a passion for delivering magical yet accessible ceremonies, welcoming everyone from all walks of life.
For centuries, Blue Lotus has been respected as an ancestral flower known to induce deep meditative energy, enhance third eye function and motivate lucid dreaming. The effects of the Blue Lotus, or Blue Waterlily, can be euphoric, while helping to decompress the nervous system and relax the whole body, and mind. This Egyptian beauty is not psychedelic, but a marvellous herbal healer and tonic for the soul.
Our sacred church space, in Oxford, is the ultimate container for such an awesome Equinox celebration. The acoustics are perfect for the Sound Ceremony which will accompany the Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony.
Autumnal equinox, two moments in the year when the Sun is exactly above the Equator and day and night are of equal length; also, either of the two points in the sky where the ecliptic (the Sun’s annual pathway) and the celestial equator intersect.
At 7.19pm, Autumn Equinox Magic will fill the universe.
The autumn equinox in 2025, also known as Mabon, signifies a time of balance, reflection, and transition as summer gives way to autumn. It’s a moment where day and night are roughly equal, symbolising harmony and equilibrium in nature and within ourselves. Spiritually, it’s a time to express gratitude for the harvest, both literal and metaphorical, and to prepare for the introspection and rest that the coming darker months bring.
Arrivals at 6.30pm to set up your space and arrive mentally.
Ceremony begins at 7pm
Relax and enjoy, with light snacks provided at the end to group you before your onward journey.
