Join our Autumn Equinox event! Expect to fall into deep rest and relaxation with Reiki infused Yin and Yoga Nidra! These three practices will be fused so you can tidy up your hOMe, by creating space for breathing and supporting your transition from a yang to more yin season. Cultivate space so that you can turn inward, creating a deeper connection to your intuition, and embracing the gift of this very moment. Expect a nourishing nervous system reset!
