On this same day, the world pauses to recognize the International Day of Peace. Both remind us of a simple truth found in yoga: just as each inhale rises and completes, it is in the journey of the exhale that we truly experience its fruits. The exhale carries release, ease, and the possibility of inner peace, a reflection of autumnβs shift from outward growth to inward rest.
In this two-hour practice, weβll move through the classical limbs of yoga to embody that turning: Δsana (postures), PrΔαΉΔyΔma (breathing practice), PratyΔhΔra (withdrawal of the senses), DhΔraαΉΔ (concentration), DhyΔna (meditation)
Weβll also share a short reflection on how to connect more deeply with the βfruits of the exhaleβ β cultivating balance and peace as we cross the threshold into the season of release.
