About this Event
Join me at Pundt Park for a guided nature meditation where we will connect deeply to gratitude and balance within our lives to start the next season filled with gratitude and love.
This is a great way to let go of what no longer serves and call in more of those experiences that you desire.
Before and after the meditation there will be an opportunity to pull oracle cards (or have one pulled), the meditation itself will last about 20-30 minutes with time to journal and come next with others afterwards.
This is an outdoor event, so dress appropriately, it might be hot. The area where we meet is sandy, bring a towel or mat that is easy to wash or clean, and bring water for yourself.
