Mabon is a time for inner preparation—taking stock of the year, reflecting on what we’ve achieved, and setting intentions for the time of rest and introspection that winter brings.
As you rest in stillness, the sound waves gently guide you into a meditative state, helping you release what no longer serves and create space for new intentions this season.
Come as you are—no experience needed. Just bring an open heart and allow the sound to support your seasonal shift.

On the Day: Yoga mats, boulsters and blankets are provided. Wear loose comfy clothing and bring some water.
Contraindications: please note that sound journeys are not suitable for anyone that is pregnant or has a pacemaker. If you have a heart condition, please check with your doctor. Hearing aids must be taken out during the gong bath. Sound baths may not be compatible with someone who has an ear infection, tinnitus, Meniere’s Disease, sound induced epilepsy, sound induced migraines, or who has metal implants (titanium ok). Please consult a medical professional in advance if you are unsure.
