Sound Bath Meditations are a holistic way to achieve a deep state of relaxation and interconnectedness. During a sound bath meditation, we effortlessly align ourselves into a state of quantum coherence where all aspects of our selves (mind, body and spirit) are in resonance with each other. Many people report great relief from stress and anxiety, which allows the body’s self-healing mechanism to operate effortlessly. This brings a calmness of mind which allows us unfiltered access to our own inner guidance.

What to know about the Gong Masters ?
Rev. Laksmi Scalise IYM, RYT500 an Integral Yoga‒certified teacher, began her Yoga practice in 1975. She went on to study under Swami Bua Maharaj for five years, becoming one of his teachers during his travels. Rev. Laksmi today a senior teacher under Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux began her training with him 10 years ago. Laksmi has also studied numerology, astrology, metaphysics, and theosophy (theology, science, and philosophy). She is a Reiki master teacher and a Karuna Reiki 2 practitioner, as well as a dowser, using pendulums and working with crystals, tuning forks, tibetan bowls and sound mantras to clear the body’s subtle energies and balance the chakras.
Michael Jay is a health coach who has studied shiatsu with Ohashi, tuning forks in the Acutonics system and other healing modalities including EFT and Reiki. He is committed to using sound for its immense healing power and has been studying with and assisting Don Conreaux in his N.Y. workshops., and has taught and assisted at the Open Center, Sage Academy of Sound, and Sounbody. Michael is a founding member of OneTone Sonic Alchemy and also the catalyst for multifaceted sound based collective SVAHA (Sound Vision Alchemy for Harmonic Attunement)
