About this Event

The Autumn Equinox — Mabon — is a sacred turning point of the year, when day and night come into balance and we gather in gratitude for the harvest. It’s a time to pause, feast, release what no longer serves us, and set intentions for the darker months ahead. We are honored to welcome Sam Lauer of Find Me in the Stars to guide our celebration.

Our Evening Together

Opening the Celebration: Garden Tour & Sacred Stations – Begin with a walk through the Pollen Patch gardens, grounding in the land. Explore stations of reflection and divination, including tarot and oracle cards, crystals, herbs, and more. The apothecary will also be open for seasonal intention-setting & wellness shopping.

Feast of the Harvest Table – The table will already be dressed with zucchini bread, apple pie, cider, snacks, and a savory squash dish. I invite you to bring a dish of your own, something that carries the spirit of autumn that adds to our shared abundance. Sharing a dish is a ritual in itself — each dish is an offering and every bite is a celebration of gratitude, abundance, and the bonds that cultivate community.

Wisdom of Mabon – Sam will share the magic and meaning of Mabon: the balance of light and dark, the blessings of harvest, and the power of release. This will be followed by a guided meditation to welcome the harvest season with gratitude.

Breath of Balance – A guided breathwork practice to open the senses and embody the spirit of Mabon, honoring the balance of light and dark through mindful inhales of gratitude and exhales of release.

Offering to the Flames– Immediately after, we’ll gather at the fire pit for a releasing ritual. With intention, we will cast our emotional baggage into the flames, opening space for renewal.

Crafting the Cauldron: Simmer Pot Blending – Our main act of creation: blending a simmer pot of herbs, fruits, and spices, each infused with your intentions for the season. These magical blends will carry the essence of Mabon that you can take back with you into your home.

Closing the Circle – We’ll close with gratitude and blessing, sealing the magic of the evening and honoring the turning of the wheel together.

Our Host - Sam is a planetary & divination witch, intuitive, and translator of the stars who specializes in Draconic and True Sky Astrology. Her passion for divination runs deep — she reads the Akashic Records, Charms, Cards, and Runes professionally, while joyfully exploring many other tools of magic. You can find her work through her Astrology podcast, her Patreon cosmic coven, and her Etsy shop — all under the name Find Me in the Stars.
