Join us for an Autumn Equinox GatheringAs the light and dark find their moment of balance, we’re invited to pause, reflect, and honour this seasonal turning point. The Autumn Equinox is a time to acknowledge what we are ready to let go of, and to gather the wisdom and growth we’ve cultivated.
Together we’ll begin to prepare for the darker months ahead — tending to what needs care, and making space for what truly matters.
This gentle evening will include invitations for self-reflection through nature connection, journalling and an EcoNidra meditation – a nature-based guided meditation that brings focus, nurture and reset for the season ahead. Together, we’ll attune to the shifting season and reconnect with what sustains us — within and around us.
We will use this wisdom to set intentions and take the opportunity to express gratitude for the natural world, all while the sun sets around us.
As this celebration has it’s roots in nature, we will aim to be outside (and around the fire pit) as much as possible but, if the weather has other ideas, the beautiful bell tent will keep us cosy!
Come as you are and leave with a quieter mind, a steadier heart and a deeper connection to the rhythm of the turning year.
