About this Event
Celebrate the fall equinox during this special event co-hosted by certified forest therapist, Cindy Olsen, and sound healer, Dayna Gralla.
Enjoy a mindful stroll in the woods and connect with nature through sensory exploration inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, “forest bathing”.
This journey will lead you to the Glacial Erratic for a restorative sound healing experience where crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a variety of soothing instruments will guide your meditation.
Finish with herbal tea under the trees as you take a moment to reflect.
No dogs please.
Max: 30 people.
