This shift is amplified by a potent Virgo Solar Eclipse, offering a rare opportunity for release, intention setting, and personal reset.
We’ll begin with a brief Astrology talk to help you understand what this Eclipse Season means for you, both in the days ahead and the larger cycle to come. From there, we’ll move into a short reflection and journaling practice, a gentle Kundalini inspired movement and meditation practice, cacao ceremony and a deeply nourishing Sound Bath.
This evening is designed to support your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and help you step into this new season feeling grounded, intentional, and renewed.
