Autumn Equinox. 🍂🍁
The day of perfect balance, where light are dark fall into perfect equilibrium.
The length of our days and night come into temporary balance. Before the nights start to draw in and we enter our season of release.
A great time to pause, invest in some serious self care to ground and centre yourself.
Here is a little sneak peak and loose flow of the day.🍂💕
Starting at 10am, you will be welcomed, we will start with a cleansing and clearing, breathwork.
We will move into an introduction and intention setting circle, cacao ceremony, then lots more will follow!
Before lunch we will turn it up a notch with a dynamic flow, yoga based movement, to stretch, release and shift any stagnant energies out of our physical bodies.
Followed by a nutritionally dense, Ryecroft grown, delicious lunch.
After lunch we will rest and digest, settling back in with a restorative sound bath, vibration healing sound immersion!
We will then come back to sit circle and finish the day with some reflection, ritual and journaling.
Closing with a final restorative practice.
Leaving your mind, body and soul nourished, your energy levels replenished and ready for a grounded Autumn season.
Instructions
Please bring:
▪Water vessel.
▪A journal and pen.
▪ Wear clothes you can comfortably stretch and move in.
▪Layers, slippers/socks to keep cosy.
▪bolsters, blankets and mats are provided, though you are of course welcome to bring your own or anything extra you might need.
