Temperatures fall, plant life slows down, and we begin to honor the change of seasons and embrace subtle changes. We may begin to focus on what is out of balance, honor it and let it go to welcome this new season of self reflection.
Everything is vibration, including our thoughts, which are literally 'energy in motion': E-MOTION.
When our physical and emotional bodies are IN alignment with this vibration, we are at EASE. And when OUT of alignment, we have DIS-EASE. There are many ways to raise our vibration and realign: meditating, breathwork, beauty in nature, listening to music, positive thoughts, improving diet, forgiveness, gratitude, and meditation including CRYSTAL BOWLS.
Some benefits of being in alignment are: stress reduction, reduction in blood pressure and heart rate, improved mental clarity, stimulate the immune system, calm negative thought patterns, better sleep and strengthen or aura.
