What is Chakradance™?
It is a healing movement practice, a form of nourishment for your soul. It helps you to feel more balanced, more joyful. It puts you in touch with your inner wisdom. It is a journey of self-discovery through chakra specific music, guided imagery and your own spontaneous dance. The lights are dimmed, and you are invited to softly close your eyes as you journey inward.
