**FULLY BOOKED**For me the Autumn equinox is about celebrating balance. It is the time of year when we have an equal amount of day and night - we have the balance of light and dark, so why not honour that balance?
There will be:
sound healing
meditation
sacred herbal teas (to aid meditation)
journaling
gentle relaxing & balancing breathwork
All ceremonies held in my studio are intimate - never more than 8 people.
I am holding this ceremony in the evening because I want us to begin in the evening light and finish when it is dark. It will be the ultimate relaxing evening.
Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and cushions/pillows.
A journal/notebook and a pen would also be useful.
