We’ll begin with a grounding tea ceremony, honoring where we've been and what has been transformed in our lives, followed by Harp Nidra—a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session accompanied by a harmonious live harp sound bath to soothe the nervous system and welcome relaxation into the body as we turn inward.
