With the change in season, it’s a powerful time to reflect, let go, and create space for new energy and intentions.
The day will begin with a mindfulness meditation and an opening circle. This is a chance to settle in, set personal intentions, and land fully in the space.
All levels of experience are welcome.
This retreat is a chance to rewild, to move, breathe and be with yourself and others in rhythm with the sea and the shifting season.
The day begins with a mindfulness meditation and opening circle to help you settle in, set intentions, and arrive fully. We’ll then move through a grounding vinyasa flow to energise the body and calm the mind, creating space for clarity and presence.
After yoga, enjoy a nourishing seasonal lunch followed by free time to relax, connect, or wander along the beach at your own pace.
In the afternoon, we’ll move into a deeply restful restorative yoga session, followed by yoga nidra, guided meditation that supports deep rest and renewal.
We’ll then head to Knoll Beach for a refreshing sea dip and access to the wood fired beach saunas. Alternating between cold water and gentle heat supports circulation, clarity, and balance.
We’ll close with a simple beach gathering, sharing reflection and gratitude to honour the transition into a new season.
