SCRATCHING/REFUND POLICY
Before Entries Close: 100% refund
After Entries Close: 50% refund (if accompanied by a vet/medical certificate)
EA COMPETITOR MEMBERS
These classes are for EWA financial competitor members with a dressage card
Riders must supply their bridle number on entry
Horses and ponies must be EA registered and hold a dressage card
For this Dressage event, “Competitor” horses/ponies (e.g. those holding a current EA performance card/license/ID number), with or without grading points, are not permitted to enter the “Participant” Classes (including HC entries).
EA PARTICIPANT MEMBERS
To be eligible as a participant entrant the rider must be a financial participant member of EWA.
Horses and Ponies do not need to be EA registered.
STABLES
Available for a $20 fee
Bookings via nominate
Must be left thoroughly cleaned after use and will be checked
GDC, GEA or GH&PC Members do not need to pay for a stable but do need to prebook
BRIDLE NUMBERS
One on each side of the bridle or saddle cloth is required and must be clearly visible.
Participant members will be allocated a “bridle number” on the draw.
Should be worn whenever the horse is being lead, grazed, under saddle at any time.
LUNGING
Lunging is only allowed in the designated area
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
This event will be conducted in accordance with the current EA Dressage Rules and FEI Dressage rules where the former does not apply. It is the rider’s responsibility to know and always adhere to these rules.
DUTY OF CARE
Competitors, organisers, and helpers are essential in the running of this competition and are to be treated with
respect. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated, and verbal or physical bullying behaviour will be reported to EA.

It is your responsibility to promptly report unsafe and or hazardous situations to the Event Organiser. Neither the Organising Committee, nor Gidgegannup Dressage Club, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, persons, or property.
