Our Autumn wellbeing day is back! A day packed with self care tools to support your physical and mental wellbeing! We open with tai chi, and somatic breathwork, somatic movement and tre, trauma release in exercise. We break for lunch . Coffees and teas available. Bring your own lunchtime snacks! We then introduce Emotional freedom technique. And meditation. Followed by a wonderful deeply relaxing yoga nidra session to finish. The investment of £35 includes a £5 donation to the charity MIND. So not only are you helping yourself but supporting others too! We have limited spaces. First come first served basis! Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for the coming months.
