What to expect:
🧘🏻♀️ A range of mindfulness practices which increase awareness and help us feel more present
🍁 A meditation to support us in appreciating the transition to Autumn
😌 A relaxation exercise to aid peaceful rest
🌛 An exercise to individually explore what truly nourishes us through the shorter days
The day offers guided practices for people who are new to mindfulness and meditation, as well as the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals for those with previous experience.
I qualified as a Mindfulness Teacher with the University of Exeter in 2014 and have been teaching 8-week mindfulness courses since.
