Join us this October half term for three spellbinding days of creativity, fun, and Halloween magic at our children’s club designed to spark imagination and keep young minds (and hands!) inspired all day long.
What to Expect
Over three action-packed days (20th, 21st, and 22nd October), your child will dive into a world of Halloween-themed arts and crafts, designed especially for children aged 6 to 8. From spooky to sparkly, creepy to colourful – there’s something magical for every mini maker.
We’ll be making and creating all day long, with themed projects that combine creativity, hands-on learning, and good old-fashioned fun.
Activities Include:
- Decorate Your Own Card Candy Skulls – Make your sugar skulls pop with wild colours, dazzling designs, and personal flair!
- Clay Ghosts – Sculpt your own little ghost friend, then choose to paint, decoupage, or both – it’s your spooky masterpiece!
- Mandala Dot Painting – Learn how to use real mandala dotting tools to create beautiful patterns on themed designs or templates.
- Ghost House Lanterns – Craft and decorate your own mini haunted house that glows with spooky charm.
- Cardboard Tombstones – Cut, build, and design your own creepy (or silly!) graveyard decorations.
- Bat Pom Poms – Soft, spooky, and adorable – these little bats are a hit!
- Macramé Ghosts – Try your hand at this trendy craft to make a boho-style Halloween decoration.
- Halloween Bunting – Tie it all together with handmade bunting to bring your Halloween decorations to life.

- Day Rate: £36.50
- All 3 Days: £104.50 (save over £5!)
- Children can be booked for individual days or all 3 days —flexible to fit your half-term schedule.

What to Bring
- A packed lunch and drinks for the day (no nuts please!)
- Clothes that can handle a little mess—we’ll be painting, gluing, building, and more!
Parking
Parking is available in St Mary’s car park. Please be aware that this is a pay and display car park, however there are free 30 minute spaces in the second car park. Look for the spaces with the green lines!
Accessing the Bell Centre
The Bell Centre gates open from 9am. You will find us between the Time Out Cafe and Savers.
After Booking: What Happens Next?
Once your booking is confirmed you will receive an email via eventbrite confirming your booking. This will include our contact details and a consent form at the bottom under the section 'additional information'. Please complete this as soon as you have booked your child to attend. This form is important so we can gather all the necessary information to ensure a safe and tailored experience for your child. Please fill this in so we have all the necessary information in readiness for the sessions(s)
Please note that if you book for more than one day for the same child, you don't need to fill in the consent form again.

At Kick Up The Arts, we take your child’s safety seriously. During club hours, the venue will be closed to the public, ensuring a secure environment. All team members are:
