There is also an overnight stay option if you would like to stay a little longer and take advantage of our bonus workshop.

The one-hour yoga session included in this retreat will be a wonderful way to center yourself and focus on your physical and mental well-being. A free time block is also offered as a way for you to pause and reconnect with yourself, relax and take in the beauty of your surroundings. The Cape Cod Villa offers a variety of options for relaxation and entertainment during your stay. Guests can enjoy a seat by the pond, relax in the beautiful outdoor hammock lounge or choose a book from the small library to unwind with. Indoor and outdoor games are available for those looking to have a little fun. If you're feeling adventurous there is a hiking trail with an entrance on the property, and the villa is just a short drive away from town, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience new things during your break. The villa truly provides a perfect balance of tranquility and excitement, making it an ideal destination for your getaway.
The overnight stay option adds an extra element of relaxation and immersion in the retreat experience, allowing for deeper reflection and connection with the material and with others.
