About this Event
A weekly 7 workshop series - inspired by and coincides with the downturn in the Growing Season. A great way to re-enter the gardening the world, spend evenings tuning in with seasonal planning and gardening activities for Autumn and Winter, and beyond.
Workshops take place weekly: every Wednesday at 6.30-8pm
Commencing Wednesday 23rd October and concludes Wednesday 4th December.
Price 70.00 euros for all 7 workshops

All welcome - suitable for
- First time / Novice grower and those with some experience wishing to gain both light practical and theoretical knowledge while expanding same.
- By the end of this workshop all participants will cultivate a knowledge base to actively apply in any growing space.
Content to include the following:
To begin: Samhain Pumpkin stew to warm the inner gardener!
· Understanding your Garden through the Seasons
· Forward planning in the kitchen garden for the following Season
· Creating a Practical useable herb garden space
· Propagation in the gardens and the many ways this can be put into practice to increase plant stock while reducing the need to purchase. / Seed Guardianship and its importance to introduce into the growing calendar year
· Container Gardening
· Soil appreciation and nutrient requirement
· Pest and disease identification
