Hunter's Full Moon Meditation: ground your intentions for the month ahead and prepare for the season of transformation.
Monday, October 13th
Candlelight Meditation....create peace and balance in your mind/body to connect with your light, then together we'll expand love and peace outward to the collective.
October 20th
Harvest Meditation....receive a greater sense of gratitude and clarity while letting go of that no longer serves you during this time of your life.
Monday, October 27th
Connect to Ancestors Meditation...be guided to connect with your loved ones in spirit fostering deeper inner peace.
Mondays in October
Arrive between 5:30-6:00 to grab a special drink from Cafe Thistle and then grab a seat and settle in.
Meditation promptly from 6:00-7:00
Please bring with you water, journal, and pen.
Folding chairs will be provided. You're welcome to bring anything to help you feel at ease and comfortable....pillows, blanket, eye mask.
Each week Trista will use a variety of sounds to accompany the meditations from soundscape, ethereal music to crystal singing bowls and buffalo drums. Some weeks she will incorporate reiki energy to assist during meditations.
