It’s called Autumn Alchemy 🍂 a gentle afternoon/evening of rest, ritual & nervous system nourishment at Happy River in Wareham Forest.
✨ Sauna, Kundalini yoga, gong bath, mantra + Chai/ Hot Chocolate around the fire, and organic seasonal food. ✨
It’s on Sunday 12th October, 2–7:30pm.
Spaces are really limited (just 10- 50% full), and it’s £100 everything included.
