Zapraszamy badaczy, praktyków i wszystkich zainteresowanych tematyką datafikacji i automatyzacji polityk publicznych do udziału w konferencji “Automating Welfare Policy Implications of AI in the Digital Welfare States”. Konferencja organizowana jest przez Instytut Filozofii i Socjologii Polskiej Akademii Nauk (IFiS PAN) oraz Uniwersytet w Södertörn w ramach projektu AUTO-WELF.
Konferencja zgromadzi naukowców, aktywistów i praktyków polityki publicznej z różnych europejskich instytucji, w tym z DataEthics, @AlgorithmWatch i Fundacji @Panoptykon.
Program konferencji łączy wystąpienia publiczne i panele konferencyjne. Ze swoimi wykładami wystąpią prof. Joanna Redden z Uniwersytetu Zachodniego Ontario w Kanadzie oraz dr Gry Hasselbalch z organizacji DataEthics.
Konferencja odbędzie się w siedzibie Instytutu Filozofii i Socjologii Polskiej Akademii Nauk w Warszawie (Pałac Staszica, Nowy Świat 72) w dniu 10.04.2025. Termin rejestracji <https:> mija 28 marca 2025 roku. Zachęcamy do wcześniejszej rejestracji ze względu na ograniczoną liczbę miejsc. Konferencja odbywa się w języku angielskim. Udział w konferencji jest bezpłatny.

We invite researchers, policy practitioners and all persons interested in datafication and automation of welfare to participate in the conference “Automating Welfare Policy Implications of AI in the Digital Welfare States”. The conference is organised by the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of Polish Academy of Sciences (IFiS PAN) and Södertörn University within the AUTO-WELF project.
The conference will gather scholars, data activists and policy practitioners from different European institutions including DataEthics , @AlgorithmWatch [https://www.facebook.com/algorithmwatch] and @Panoptykon [https://www.facebook.com/Panoptykon].
🗣️ The programme of the conference combines public keynotes and conference panels. The keynotes will be delivered by Prof. Joanna Redden from the University of Western Ontario in Canada and Gry Hasselbalch, PhD, from the DataEthics organisation.
🏛️ The conference is held at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw (Staszic Palace, Nowy Świat 72) on 10.04.2025. Deadline for registration <https:> is March 28th, 2025. Early registration is encouraged due to the limited number of seats. The conference is held in English. The attendance is free of charge.
