Autism Scholars is a 501c3 organization with a mission to increase scholarly opportunities for individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. This mission is served by providing scholarships and tuition assistance to children who are enrolled in an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program and providing workshops on ABA for our local school systems.
REGISTRATION
- $500.00 per team
- all players must be at least 18 years old
- minimum of 8 player per team. 9 players will be on the field but you can play with 8 if needed
- MUST have a team captain or representative at the captain meeting to be held on August 23rd at 5:30 (date and time subject to change)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
-We need your help! This event will not be possible without volunteers
- UMPIRES - the goal is to have at least 2 per field. Volunteers must attend the team captains meeting (in person or virtually) where the rules will be reviewed
- CONCESSION stand workers
- SET UP crew
- CLEAN UP crew

SPLIT THE POT FUNDRAISER
- 100% of the proceeds will go directly back to eligible families who sell tickets
- Eligibility: family must provide a copy of an invoice for ABA services or school tuition with attestation of ABA services from your ABA provider
- families will sell split the pot tickets in advance of the event
- ticket packets can be picked by appointment only starting August1st
- packet will include instructions for selling and turning in money/tickets

- all tickets and money must be turned in by September 1st in order for the money to go toward your child
- the winning ticket will be drawn at the closing ceremony of the Kick Ball tournament (winner does not have to be present)
- money raised by qualifying families will be sent to each family via check by September1st
- tickets will be for sale at the concession stand the day of the event for general purchase
-funds from general tickets will go to Autism Scholars
