OTHER COURT ORDERS:
2020-2022 Minor age 2-3 custody orders have been changed now 11 times PRIOR TO AN EVIDENTIARY CUSTODY HEARING, PRIOR TO A TRIAL. Unbelievable Violation to our Constitutional Rights.
OTHER PARTIES:
HANNA’s CENTER: funded by State Funds host supervised visitation at their facility for parents to visit with their children, on a sliding scale the lowest rate is $40. Per hour to be able to visit with your child and be able to take advantage of the court order visitation privileges. Where do the State Funds go ? To the salaries or for the low budget facility with 3 visiting rooms? Why do low income parents have to pay $40. Per hour to visit with their children if they are funded by the state? Other private companies charge $35-$50. Per hour.
FORMER MINOR COUNSEL:
resigned 4-27-22 Julie Wolff
“Child should spend more time at father’s home because at mother’s home there is a young sibling with Autism and grandmother is busy with that boy”, Minor Counsel, Julie Wolff Esq; court transcript from 6-20-21. Minor Counsel under Panel Peer Review 10/2021- current 2022. Reported by mother for discrimination to the sibling’s autism, recommendations in discrimination based on protected criteria based on anti-discriminatory laws, and for negligence to the minor’s formal medical records, for the minor she represents, Marco Jacob Ramos Casanova, age 3, diagnosed with Autism level 2.
FATHER DECLARED, “Minor has no Autism, minor is learning autism behaviors from the brother” declarations made to FCS Court Mediator, Minor’s Counsel, and 730 evaluator. 2020-2022.
Opposing counsel: Benjamin Aguilar

“We have reason to believe mother seeking financial benefit for children’s disabilities”
“Mother wants to impose the sibling’s diagnosis (Joseph) over the minor (Jacob)”
“We are worried mother may Medicate the minor”
“This is the kind of mother that will harm her own child”.
730 Evaluator Aileen Herlinda Sandoval,
Reports against Minor’s Medical records,
She claimed, “San Diego Regional Center is not trained to diagnose Autism”, she reports everyone who has diagnosed the minor and given him treatment are Paraprofessionals not qualified to diagnose the child,
She recommends to 1) discontinue ABA Therapy effective immediately
2) she asked for an immediate Temporary “emergency” change in custody for the minor. Place minor with father under sole custody and have mother to visit the minor at HANNA’s Center under SUPERVISED VISITATION, because mother is an Imminent danger to the minor. …. She adds to her reports, father’s allegations that Minor (Jacob age 3) is learning the Autistic behaviors from the brother (Joseph age 10).
