More Goosebumps fun! Before and after the author talk, snap your photo at Goosebumps backgrounds, meet the Columbus Crew Cat, stop by COSI station and Experience Columbus mobile visitors center for hands-on fun and explore creepy books and activities in the Children's Area.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

R.L. Stine has been scaring people all around the world for a lot of years. He invented the teen horror genre with Fear Street, the bestselling teen horror series of all time. He also changed the face of children’s publishing with the mega-successful Goosebumps series, which went on to become a worldwide multimedia phenomenon.

Guinness World Records cites Stine as the most prolific author of children’s horror fiction novels. So far, he has sold over 400-million books and his books have been translated into 35 languages, making him one of the best-selling authors in history. He lives in New York City with his wife, Jane, and their dog, Lucky.

EVENT DETAILS

The event is free to the public but due to limited seating, ticket is required for entry.

General admission seating begins at 5 p.m. on the second floor of Main Library. Tickets will be scanned at entry.

Free parking available in Main Library's attached garage, while available. Overflow event parking at Encova Insurance lots east of S. Washington Ave.

R.L. Stine's books will be sold on site by Gramercy Books.

BOOK SIGNING

Book Signing Ticket required. Due to capacity, there are a limited number of book signing tickets.

After the author talk, parties with a "Book Signing" ticket may join the signing line. One book per party, please.

Books may be purchased on site or brought from your home library.
