Through stories of women who’ve faced defining challenges and emerged stronger, wiser, and more aligned, Melissa invites readers to redefine success through the lens of purpose rather than performance. We’ll also draw from Stacy’s book, Embracing the Calm in the Chaos, which offers a realistic look at balancing the demands of business, family, and personal growth. As founder of the global fashion line BOY MEETS GIRL®, Stacy brings practical insights from her own experience as a creative entrepreneur and parent. Stacy is also a contributing author to The Purpose Pivot.

Melissa and Stacy will be in conversation with Joanne Heyman, founder and CEO of Heyman Partners. Joanne has spent her career guiding leaders who, while managing teams and driving strategy, often overlook their own boundaries—leading to overwhelm and burnout. As an integrative coach, she helps clients develop healthy boundaries, shift from trauma bonds, and move forward with energy and clarity by blending powerful personal and professional development tools.
