Author Lisa Gray, LMFT, will discuss and sign copies of her books “Thriving in a Relationship When You Have Chronic Illness” and “Healthy Conflict, Happy Couple” on Sunday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. in the Civic Center Library Storytime Room, 1188 S. Livermore Ave. Registration is not required to attend this free program for adults.Towne Center Books will sell copies of Lisa Gray’s books at the event.
Lisa will address both the importance of conflict for relationships and the common mistakes couples make during conflict. She will also discuss how chronic illness changes relationships, her framework for thinking about and working with chronic illness as a couple, and six core skills that can help.
