Carrie is just an introverted millennial violin player minding her own business when she's arrested for crimes she didn't commit. Thrown into the world of thievery and mistaken for a dangerous crime boss, Carrie has to adapt to her new surroundings while she manages her clinical anxiety. Her only allies are a young boy with the mouth of a sailor, a giant man who barely speaks, and a former coworker with unexpected hobbies. Can Carrie lead this ragtag crew on a heist of epic proportions? Or will her panic attacks and social faux pas send her to Pr*son?
Violindy is a daring, funny, and unexpected caper about adapting and making new friends, even in the most stressful circumstances.
R. Ashleyne Seitz is a writer, coach, and goofball who lives in Indianapolis. She loves good stories, CrossFit, games, dark chocolate, and hanging out with her friends. Since writing is easier for her than speaking, she chronicles her experiences as a mentally-ill millennial on her weekly blog.
