Parnassus Books is thrilled to present an evening with Tess Holliday to celebrate her new book, Take Up Space, Y'all: Your Bold & Bright Guide to Self-Love.
This ticketed event will begin at 6:30 PM on Saturday, September 6th at Parnassus Books (3900 Hillsboro Pk, Suite #14, Nashville, TN).
Ticketing:
You must have a ticket to attend this event. Each ticket is $16.00 (plus Eventbrite fees) and includes one signed copy of Take Up Space, Y'all.
Please be sure to select the correct ticket type.
Single attendee ticket: Includes general admission for ONE attendee, with ONE pre-signed book.
Adult with child ticket: Includes general admission for ONE adult and ONE child, with ONE pre-signed book.
Additional copies of the book will be available for purchase at the event while supplies last.
Parking:
There is ample free parking in front of the store, as well as in the lot and garage behind the store.
Signing Line Information:
There will be a signing line following the event where the author will personalize ONE copy of Take Up Space, Y'all per attendee.

About the Author:

She was named one of the most influential people by TIME Magazine and one of the top six plus-size models globally by Vogue Italia. Tess has graced many magazine covers, including Nylon, People, Parents, and Self.
Tess is the author of The Not So Subtle Art of Being a Fat Girl, an inclusivity consultant for global brands like H&M and Pinterest, and the founder of the viral #EffYourBeautyStandards movement, which encourages people to love themselves at every size. She was a keynote speaker at the inaugural World Eating Disorders Action Day at the United Nations and has been awarded the Global Changemaker Award by the National Alliance of Eating Disorders and the Inspire Award by Project Heal.
