About Emma Gannon:

Emma Gannon is a Sunday Times bestselling author, broadcaster, speaker, novelist and creator of the no. 1 careers podcast in the UK, Ctrl Alt Delete. She has been a columnist for The Times, Telegraph and Courier magazine.

Emma has published five bestselling books to date, including The Multi-Hyphen Method; Sabotage and Disconnected.

Emma writes a popular weekly newsletter called The Hyphen that is an exploration of ideas that have got her thinking in new ways.

In 2018, She was selected in the Forbes 30 under 30 list in media and is proud to be an ambassador for The Princes Trust and World Literacy Foundation.

Satya Doyle Byock is the author of Quarterlife: The Search for Self in Early Adulthood.

Satya’s work has been featured on NPR’s LifeKit, Morning Edition & Weekend Edition, The New York Times, The Guardian, Oprah Daily, The New York Post, Literary Hub, and many podcasts including Apple News in Conversation, Goop, Pulling the Thread, BBC Woman’s Hour, and The Podcast with a Thousand Faces (The Joseph Campbell Foundation Podcast).

Satya is a practicing psychotherapist in Portland, Oregon, and the director of The Salome Institute of Jungian Studies, where she regularly teaches online seminars.
