Josh Lora (@tellthebeees) is a writer, content creator, and lifelong reader. Originally interested in the literary fiction corner of TikTok, Josh began posting sociological explorations of reality television and culture that spoke to fans who gravitated towards highbrow analysis of their "guilty pleasures". Utilizing his MS in Social Research, Josh identifies cultural shifts and applies theoretical frameworks to both popular media and larger societal trends. He continues to try to read 100 books a year (never successfully) and is working on a novel about money and friendship. Josh uses he/him pronouns and discusses books, culture, and sociology on TikTok and Substack.
