Authentic Insight Consulting invites you to a 4-part storytelling journey designed to help participants discover, craft, and share their authentic voices. This series draws on research-informed, academically grounded practices in storytelling, leadership, and personal development, while remaining deeply rooted in lived experience.
Across three core workshops | Foundation, Stewardship, and Delivery | participants will:
- Identify their personal values and clarify their “why.”
- Explore how to share stories with courage while maintaining healthy boundaries.
- Gain practical experience delivering their stories with confidence, clarity, and care.
The series concludes with a special session led by Danielle Catton, mental health advocate, influencer, and founder of @sarniaspeaks & @danielleisanxious. In Rooted & Ready: Building a Speaker Brand That Feels Like You, Danielle will guide participants in aligning their story and values with an intentional online presence strategy that feels sustainable and authentic.
Together, these sessions provide a supportive, academically informed framework for storytellers to step into their power, both in person and online, while staying anchored in authenticity, courage, and connection.
Workshop Pricing & Registration
Each workshop is $50 and can be purchased individually. To honor the learning journey, workshops build on one another, meaning if you’re registering per class, you must begin with Foundations and take each one in sequence.
